United States Warranty

Submitting a warranty claim is super easy. Follow the four steps below.

STEP ONE: 
Download, print, and fill out the USA Warranty Claim Form below.

STEP TWO 
Gather the three things you need:

1) Defective Product
2) Warranty Form
3) Receipt showing proof of receipt within 30 days OR $5.00 USD for return shipping

(Check or money order is preferred for return shipping)

STEP THREE
Prepare box or padded envelope with above three things. (Tip: Send in padded envelope with single stamp.)

STEP FOUR
Send to Wicked Audio HQ.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping
