Submitting a warranty claim is super easy. Follow the four steps below.

STEP ONE: 
Download, print, and fill out the Warranty Claim Form below.

STEP TWO 
Gather the three things you need: Defective Product, Warranty Form, and Receipt (or copy of receipt).

STEP THREE
Prepare box or padded envelope with above three things. (Tip: Send in padded envelope with single stamp.)

STEP FOUR
Send to Wicked Audio's Canadian partner, Curve Distribution. 
Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping
