At WickedAudio.com, we’re committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience. Please review the following policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Important:
This policy applies only to purchases made directly on WickedAudio.com.
If you purchased your item through an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer for return or refund support.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately through the yellow Support widget located in the bottom-right corner of the site.
Once an order has been marked as “shipped,” it can no longer be canceled. You may receive the package and then request a return authorization if needed.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any item, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us through the yellow Support widget.
This ensures we can process your return quickly and accurately.
Returns for Refund
We accept returns for refunds within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Please note:

A 15% restocking fee may apply to authorized returns.

Returned items must be in “New and Original” condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items must include their original accessories, manuals, packaging, and components.

Products must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.

Items must match the original serial number shipped to you.

If you anticipate needing warranty support, we recommend keeping all packaging for up to 14 days. Return shipping for warranty service is the customer’s responsibility.

Wicked Audio is not responsible for personal items or data left inside returned merchandise.

Please include a brief note explaining the reason for your return.

We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method that requires a signature.
Non-Returnable Items
Items are considered non-returnable if:

They are not in original packaging

They are missing accessories, components, or documentation

They show signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or modification

They have been submerged in water or exposed to liquids

The serial number does not match our records
Non-returnable items sent to us will be photographed for documentation, rejected, and returned at the customer’s expense. Wicked Audio may apply a restocking fee and/or resell the item in its current condition when applicable.
Refund Processing
Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after your return is processed and approved.
