WARRANTY QUESTIONS

Is my product covered under warranty?
Probably! Please refer to your original packaging or instruction booklet to see. Please visit our warranty page for more info.

How do I obtain warranty service and submit a claim?

How long will my warranty take to process? 
Once we receive your warranty claim form it can take up to three weeks. We track and catalog all warranty claims to improve our products and service. Please do not throw away your product until your warranty claim is completed. 

What do I need to do to make the warranty process go smoothly?
Please visit our warranty page and fully fill out the form provided. Remember, be patient. We're working stiffs just like you, and truly try our hardest to make our fans happy.

What if I have a product Wicked Audio no longer carries and need warranty service?
An oldie but a goodie! Wicked Audio refreshes its line every few years and sometimes it’s no longer practical to keep selling old models. We'll do our best to get you back to ship shape! If your product needs to be replaced, we might replace it with a compatible or better model. If you obtained warranty service and we no longer keep replacement product or parts in stock, we will automatically choose and replace with its closest match or better.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds can only be issued from the original retailer you purchased from. (If you ordered from our online store please refer to online store section below)

What if I don't have my receipt?
That's fine. Your receipt is only necessary if you purchased within the last 30 days so we can void your return shipping costs (USA only). You can still obtain warranty service without a receipt. See more about warranty here.

What if I purchased my product more than 30 days ago?
No prob, we still cover warranty (Limited Lifetime Warranty and Limited 1 Year Warranty on product with batteries.) When purchased within 30 days we cover return shipping costs, if it has been longer than 30 days you will need to cover return shipping costs. Wicked Audio does not cover the cost to ship the product to us.

What if I live outside of the United States?
Warranty policies vary depending on your location. Please visit the warranty page and find your region to see specific warranty policies for your area.

Where can I get spare parts to my earbuds? Such as charging cords or cushions?
We do not have spare parts available for our products.  

How do I charge Wicked Audio's Necklock Bluetooth Earbuds?
The charging port on Wicked Audio's Necklock Bluetooth Earbuds is located on the bottom of the control panel. Gently remove covering to charge with included micro-USB charging cord.

Sound is only coming out of one side of my earbud/headphones.
That’s annoying! Most of the time it’s a simple fix. Do these things first:

  • Make sure the headphone cable is FULLY plugged into the device. (Don’t be embarrassed, this happens to the best of us.)
  • If your device has a case, please remove it. Try fully inserting the audio jack again.
  • Gently rotate the audio jack while inserting it, this can sometimes solve some connection issues.
  • Check the volume on your device. Sometimes a low volume can play tricks on you.
  • Some devices have the ability to control the left to right sound. Check your audio or accessibility settings.
  • Test the product on multiple devices (maybe a friend’s phone, or another phone, tablet, or computer). Check the volume controls on these devices as well.
  • Still no audio? Bad luck! Sometimes this happens. Refer to your warranty and we’ll help you out.

The sound from my earbud or headphones has some static… Unsurprisingly, I don’t like it.

My wired earbud/headphone’s microphone cuts in and out or doesn’t seem to be working at all.
Please follow these steps:

My product is damaged
If your product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please fill out our warranty claim and we’ll help you get back in business.

My earbuds keep falling out, they don’t fit well.
Most of our earbuds come with multiple sizes of cushions. These little guys are important! Follow your instruction booklet to try a different size. Too big will fall out and feel uncomfortable, and too small won’t give you a good seal and will drop right now.  Test what is best for you.

What is the best way to wear earbuds with sport "hooks" or other attachments?
Some earbuds might have a built-in or attachable "hook" or something similar. We've found the best way to wear them is to face the hook forward (towards you nose) and then gently push the hook down under the first ridge in your ear. See image below. Everyone's ears are shaped different, so test to see what fits best for you.

ONLINE SHOP QUESTIONS

Can I cancel my order?
Our shipping and warehouse department is pretty darn quick. Once an order has been placed it will probably get shipped lickety split, especially if during our office hours. If the order has already been shipped there is nothing we can do. Please contact us at info@wickedaudio.com and reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.

When will my order ship?
After an order has been placed it can take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse, most of the time it can be far faster than that. You should receive an email notification when your order is shipped. Please note Wicked Audio operates on a standard 9-5 business day and does not work on weekends or holidays (we're too busy shreddin' the slopes or watching Netflix.)

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing…
Oops sorry! Our shipping and warehouse department is pretty quick, if your order has already been shipped there might not be much you can do, please contact us at info@wickedaudio.com asap.

I received the wrong thing in my order

I am unhappy with my product and would like a refund / to return it.
Shoot! We're sorry! Please contact us at info@wickedaudio.com and we'll be happy to help. Please note, we cannot refund product purchased from anywhere other than our online store. All refunds must be made by the original retailer.
