True Wireless Earbuds can sometimes un-sync from one another requiring a manual reset to enable them to auto sync to one another. This “un-syncing” can happen when only one earbud is being used (single earbud mode) or when a Bluetooth device connects to one of the earbuds prior to the two earbuds syncing to each other when they are removed from the charging case powered on.
If sound is only coming out of one earbud, these instructions are for you.

It’s simple to reset your earbuds to enable them to auto sync to each other again. Please locate your Wicked Audio True Wireless product below.
Note: Some products have had updates to chipsets, which can sometimes slightly change the resetting procedure. If your product shows a couple different resetting options, follow the first set of instructions, and if those don’t reset your earbuds then try the second set of instructions.

Sync earbuds together by following steps below:
Forget all “Wicked Rangr” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Replace both earbuds back into the charging case. This will reset the earbuds.
Remove earbuds from charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Turn Bluetooth back on on your device.
Find/Select “Wicked Rangr” on your device.
OR
Forget all “Wicked Rangr” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
With both earbuds in the charging case, remove one earbud and press the button 5 times.
Return earbud to charging case.
Remove other earbud from charging case and press the button 5 times.
Return earbud to charging case. This will clear the earbuds’ memory.
Remove earbuds from charging case.The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Turn Bluetooth back on on your device.
Find/Select “Wicked Rangr” on your device.

Sync earbuds together by following steps below:
Forget all “WCKD Hiro TW225X” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Turn off earbuds out of the charging case. To turn them off outside the charging case, simply hold down both buttons for 4-5 seconds until the LEDS turn red and shut off
Starting with the earbuds in the “Off” position, hold down both buttons. The LEDs will turn on, flash BLUE and then alternate RED and BLUE. Once the LEDS both go a solid RED then release the buttons. The earbuds will then go to a quick RED/BLUE flash.
Replace the earbuds in the charging case to turn them off
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Forget all “WCKD WI-EX2900” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Turn off earbuds out of the charging case. To turn them off outside the charging case, simply hold down both buttons for 4-5 seconds until the LEDS turn red and shut off
Starting with the earbuds in the “Off” position, hold down both buttons. The LEDs will turn on, flash BLUE and then alternate RED and BLUE. Once the LEDS both go a solid RED then release the buttons. The earbuds will then go to a quick RED/BLUE flash.
Replace the earbuds in the charging case to turn them off
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Turn Bluetooth back on on your device

Forget all “Wicked Gnar” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
With the earbuds still in the charging case, hold down buttons on both earbuds for around 10 seconds. The LEDs will blink Red and White 3 times. This will reset your earbuds.
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Turn Bluetooth back on on your device
Find/Select “Wicked Gnar” on your device

Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Remove earbuds from case and hold down buttons for a few seconds until they shut off.
Starting with earbuds in the OFF position hold down buttons on both earbuds for around 10 seconds. The LEDs will blink Red and White 3 times. This will reset your earbuds.
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.

Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.

Sync earbuds together by following steps below:
Forget all “Wicked Arq” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Remove earbuds from case, they will turn on automatically
Double press both the left and the right earbuds simultaneously to sync them manually. NOTE: if it doesn’t work the first time, try it again.
When the earbuds are synced the left earbud’s LED will blink Red/Blue which means it is in paring mode.
Replace earbuds in charging case.
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Forget all “Wicked Syver Buds” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Turn off earbuds out of the charging case. To turn them off outside of the charging case, simply hold down both buttons for 4-5 seconds until the LEDS turn red and shut off
Turn on Syver earbuds by holding down both buttons on the earbuds for 8-10 seconds. The LEDs will flash blue followed by flashing Red/Blue. The LEDs will then either turn a purple color and shut off or they will flash Red/Blue and then shut off.
Replace the earbuds into the charging case
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Forget all “Wicked Cron” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Remove earbuds from case and hold down buttons for a few seconds until they shut off.
Starting with the earbuds in the OFF position hold down buttons on both earbuds for around 5 seconds. The LEDs will turn white for around 5 seconds and then shut off. This will reset your earbuds.
Replace earbuds in charging case.
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and sync together automatically.
Forget all “Wicked Driftr” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Replace both earbuds back into the charging case. This will reset the earbuds.
Remove earbuds from charging case. The Right earbud will slowly flash Blue while the Left earbud will flash Red/Blue. This indicates the earbuds are synced together.
Turn Bluetooth back on on your device.
Find/Select “Wicked Driftr” on your device.
OR
Forget all “Wicked Driftr” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
With both earbuds turned on (both will be flashing Red/Blue when not Synced together) double press EITHER the left or right earbud button.
After 1-2 seconds the right earbud will slowly flash blue while the left earbud will continue to flash Red/Blue, indicating the earbuds are now synced together.
Turn Bluetooth back on on your device.
Find/Select “Wicked Driftr” on your device.
EX2700

Sync earbuds together by following steps below:
Forget all “Wicked EX2700” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
Replace both earbuds back into the charging case. This will reset the earbuds.
Remove earbuds from charging case. The Right earbud will slowly flash Blue while the Left earbud will flash Red/Blue. This indicates the earbuds are synced together.
Turn Bluetooth back on on your device.
Find/Select “Wicked EX2700” on your device.
OR
Forget all “Wicked EX2700” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth setting on your device.
With both earbuds turned on (both will be flashing Red/Blue when not Synced together) double press EITHER the left or right earbud button.
After 1-2 seconds the right earbud will slowly flash blue while the left earbud will continue to flash Red/Blue, indicating the earbuds are now synced together.
