Pairing Tips

1) Make sure your product is fully charged.

All wireless products can sometimes start to behave oddly when their batteries are low. (Hey, sometimes mistakes are made when you're tired.) Charging your product to 100% rules out any low battery hiccups while troubleshooting.

If your product is a true wireless earbud and has a charging case, make sure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Even if the earbuds show full charge when connected to your device, if the charging case has low or no charge, the earbuds might not recognize leaving the case and initiate entering pairing mode.

In rare instances, true wireless cases won't charge the earbuds while the case is actively being charged. When other troubleshooting methods fail, consider charging the case to 100% and unplugging the charging cable and waiting a few hours to allow the charging case to charge the earbuds.

2)  Make sure your phone (or other device) is fully charged. Hey, they don't like working tired either.

3) Turn your phone's (or other device's) bluetooth off and on again. This can be found in settings. Turning the bluetooth on and off can sometimes clear out cobwebs. Leave it off for at least a minute.

4) Consider your bluetooth device might be already paired with another device. Especially, if the earbuds appear to turn on correctly, but never entering pairing mode. We know, you don't remember connecting it to anything else, but a good troubleshooting measure is to leave the environment you're in and see if you can find it once you're over 100ft away from any suspected devices. Time to take that mental health walk and we're hoping it'll fix more than just the earbuds, maybe... the economy too? Get walkin'.

5) True wireless earbuds pair together as a team and then pair to your phone; sometimes they need just a second. Take the earbuds out of their case and give them a second to pair together before pairing them to your phone, especially the first time. If they didn't get a chance to team-up, you might pair to only one side and that's not as fun. This will also mean future connections to the earbud might prioritize just connecting to one earbud. If this happens you'll have to reset the earbuds. See this page to see your product's unique resetting instructions.
