Frequently Asked Questions
Can you refund my product?
Unless you bought your product directly from Wicked Audio (wickedaudio.com), No, we cannot refund your purchase. Refunds can only happen where the transaction occurred. Since Wicked Audio did not take your money, we cannot give back your money. Wicked Audio does offer warranties on defective products. See our Warranty Page to submit a warranty claim.
How long do warranties take?
After sending in your defective product, please wait 2-3 weeks. This accounts for the time it takes your defective product to arrive at our headquarters, our warranty to process the product, and then for the replacement product to be shipped back to you. We take note of all defective products to help improve all product development so our products get better and better! Shipping can be delayed sometimes, so thanks for your patience.
Do I need to send in packaging with my warranty claim?
Nope! Just send the part of the product that is defective. If your product came with charging cords, extra cushions, etc., all those things can stay with you. You should include a small piece of paper with your name, address, and email in the package in case the label is damaged.
How should I package my defective product to send in for warranty?
Ship your defective product however is most convenient and cheapest for you. This is probably a box or padded envelope. Do not ship any product in plain paper envelopes since those are processed in the mail differently, and small earbuds will frequently get squeezed out and lost by the mail sorting machines. You should include a small piece of paper with your name, address, and email in the package in case the label is damaged.
