True Wireless Earbud Reset

If sound is only coming out of one earbud, these instructions are for you.

True Wireless Earbuds can sometimes un-sync from one another requiring a manual reset to enable them to auto sync to one another. This “un-syncing” can happen when only one earbud is being used (single earbud mode) or when a Bluetooth device connects to one of the earbuds prior to the two earbuds syncing to each other when they are removed from the charging case powered on.

Sync earbuds together by following steps below:

  • From your devices Bluetooth menu, delete “Wicked Mojo 300” pairing name.
  • Place earbuds in charging case.
  • Turn on earbuds by removing them from the charging case.
  • With both earbuds out of the case and turned on, tap either the left OR right earbud 5 times. After tapping 5 times, you will hear the earbuds beep 5 times and both earbuds will automatically turn off.
  • Return both earbuds to charging case.
  • Remove earbuds from charging case. Earbuds will automatically sync to each other. When successfully synced, only 1 earbud will show a flashing white LED.
  • Once synced together you can locate “Wicked Mojo 300” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
