True Wireless Earbud Reset
If sound is only coming out of one earbud, these instructions are for you.
True Wireless Earbuds can sometimes un-sync from one another requiring a manual reset to enable them to auto sync to one another. This “un-syncing” can happen when only one earbud is being used (single earbud mode) or when a Bluetooth device connects to one of the earbuds prior to the two earbuds syncing to each other when they are removed from the charging case powered on.
Sync earbuds together by following steps below:
- From your devices Bluetooth menu, delete “Wicked Apoc” pairing name
- Place earbuds in charging case.
- Remove the left earbud from the charging case
- Press Left earbud 2 times (LED will start flashing red) and then press left earbud 5 more times (LED will go solid red and then turn off)
- Place Left earbud back into charging case and remove Right earbud.
- Repeat Step 4 with Right earbud.
- Return Right earbud to charging case.
- Remove earbuds from charging case. Earbuds will automatically sync to each other.
- Once synced together you can locate “Wicked Apoc” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
