MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD

All our battery powered products have battery management features built on the main circuit board.
Independent from the battery, they control the entire device.

INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

Our second level of protection is built into each battery. Every one of our batteries are protected through an integrated circuit, or IC, on the battery itself. 
This protects against over-voltage, undervoltage, overcharge, undercharge, and dead short.

TORTURE CHAMBER

The third level of testing makes sure no lemons sneak past inspection. Each battery goes through a charge and discharge cycle torture chamber. Next is a heat test. We measure the battery before and after. 
This makes sure there is no physical expansion of the battery cell after being exposed to heat when charging and discharging.
